Bradley Tusk, Founder & President Bradley is the founder and CEO of Tusk Holdings, the parent company of Kronos, Tusk Strategies, Tusk Ventures, the Ivory Gaming Group and the Tusk Montgomery Family Foundation. Tusk Strategies helps clients facing complex challenges develop and execute full scale campaigns, proactively shaping and effectively telling our clients' story to help them achieve their goals. Prior to creating Tusk Strategies in 2009, Bradley served as Mike Bloomberg’s campaign manager, guiding Mayor Bloomberg to a third term. Before that, he created and ran Lehman Brothers’ lottery privatization group. His career in the public sector began at the New York City Parks Department in 1995, acting as spokesman and then senior advisor to Commissioner Henry Stern. Bradley then served as Communications Director for U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, before becoming Special Advisor to Mayor Bloomberg at City Hall. From 2003-2006, Bradley was Deputy Governor of Illinois, overseeing the state’s finances, operations, legislation, communications and policy, including a $60 billion budget and a 57,000-person workforce. Virginie Raphael, Co-founder & CEO Virginie leads an experienced team in developing comprehensive, sophisticated, custom digital archives for our clients, allowing them to securely store and quickly and efficiently access the critical historical content that shapes their story and legacy. Among other projects, she managed Kronos' first archive engagement, the successful and timely creation of a custom web-based library curated from over 3 million documents, images, videos and audio files. Prior to Tusk Strategies in 2012, Virginie was a Vice President in Public Finance at Barclays, participating in all aspects of transaction origination including bond structuring, cashflow modeling, credit rating presentation, marketing and investor relations, and deal execution. She played a key role in the pricing of over $9 billion senior managed financings for a variety of municipal issuers. Rashida Reneau Rashida brings tremendous project management experience to the Kronos team, where she focuses on the collection, curation and organization of the historical content most critical to the formation and preservation of our clients’ story and legacy. Rashida joined Kronos after five years as an investment banker at Barclays, where she was a Vice President in Public Finance. In this role, Rashida was an integral member of a deal team responsible for capital project financing, debt refinancing and restructurings for municipal and non-profit issuers. She worked with a diverse client base, including state and city issuers, municipal authorities, tobacco issuers and higher education institutions. Rashida was involved with all aspects of deal origination including authoring responses to requests for proposals, providing clients with quantitative analysis, and presenting financing recommendations. She participated in the pricing of over $5 billion general obligation and revenue bond transactions. Christina Cioffe Christina focuses on the development of digital archives, assisting with both the design and implementation of online platforms for our clients. Before joining Tusk, she was Director of Strategic Digital Projects for New York Governor Cuomo, where she led the first major redesign of NY.Gov in 15 years. She also worked as communications manager in Governor Cuomo’s Storm Recovery Office following Superstorm Sandy. Prior to joining New York State, Christina worked in the Bloomberg administration in the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment, under the City’s first Chief Digital Officer, as Digital Media and NYC.Gov Content Manager, where she consulted city agencies on digital strategy. She started as a New York City Urban Fellow, where she was part of a highly selective fellowship program in Mayoral offices with an intensive seminar series on urban issues.
