Our Approachkronos_widget

Our rigorous approach starts with extensive research and outreach to your major stakeholders. We then collect, curate, digitize, organize and tag all relevant materials into a secure, scalable, user-friendly digital archive.

We typically begin with a scoping process, interviewing key stakeholders to understand your goals, stories, and audiences. We evaluate the volume and format of the materials available to frame your narrative.

We collect, inventory, and curate critical materials – identifying the content with the greatest value to your story and legacy. We conduct an oral history to close any gaps in the materials and enhance the collection.

We produce a blueprint and sketch out a long-term vision of your archive and narrative. Our goal is to create an online library that is highly scalable, flexible, and customized to fit your requirements and fulfill all of your objectives.

We digitize, organize, and tag the selected materials for entry into a secure, user-friendly, highly searchable custom-built online library.
